Since 1974

In 1974, Dana and Jeanne Hinman fulfilled a lifelong dream and opened their garden center on the banks of the Farmington River in the quaint and historic village of Collinsville, Connecticut. 2nd generation husband and wife Tom and Cathy Hinman continue the family legacy and have created a unique destination with a wide variety of plants, trees, shrubs, seasonal plants, flowers and gifts.  With the expansion of their garden center, the addition of a florist and gift shop, they have made Riverside Nursery a "must visit" when in Collinsville.
