Our Guarantee

We sell plants of the highest quality and we are proud to stand behind them with the following warranty:

We reserve the right to determine if the plant material was cared for properly after leaving our garden center. All trees and shrubs purchased at our garden center and installed by our team are guaranteed for 1 year from the purchase date for the original purchase price of the plant material. There is no additional charge for replacements.

Plants not installed by our team are guaranteed for a 30 day period from the date of purchase. Perennials, roses, grasses, annuals, and houseplants are not guaranteed. Any plant material planted in a container, raised bed, or pot of any kind in not covered under any warranty. If a plant is given reasonable care and fails to survive during the period of guarantee, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price as shown on the receipt. Credits are only issued once per plant, there is no guarantee on replacements.
